Environmental Site Assessment Due Diligence
Environmental Site Assessments performed by an Environmental Professional Engineer. The ASTM E1527 and E1903 industry standards require that the assessment must be performed by an environmental professional and the preferred professional type listed is a Professional Engineer.
Despite the efforts of the ASTM standard, no practical standard can be designed to eliminate the role of judgment and the value and need for experience in the party performing the inquiry – the professional judgment of an environmental professional is vital to the performance of all appropriate inquiries.
