Gordon & Gordon Engineering supported Project Midnight for Archer Aviation.

Our expertise was used for certification services for the materials & processes in the structure of a proposed electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The work involves metallic and nonmetallic materials & processes specifications, test report review, and guidance for the emerging design and Consultant DER support for aircraft type certification in the Part 23 category using ASTM consensus standards in the post amendment 23-64 regulatory space.
